Diversity Schulung mit der PENNY-DEL

Am 20. Januar 2021 wurde zwischen der Deutschen Eishockey Liga (DEL) und Hockey is Diversity eine offizielle Partnerschaft vereinbart. Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es Rassismus zu bekämpfen und eine inklusive Willkommenskultur im Eishockey zu schaffen.

Heute, am 18.Februar 2021, fand die Diversity-Schulung mit der PENNY DEL-Geschäftsstelle statt. Rund 30 Teilnehmer*innen hatten sich für die Online-Schulung angemeldet. Vor dem Start der Schulung richtete der PENNY DEL-Geschäftsführer Gernot Tripcke noch ein paar Worte an alle Teilnehmer*innen und betonte die Wichtigkeit der Partnerschaft und der heutigen Schulung.

Die Mannschaft des ERC Ingolstadt nahm bereits am 8. Februar 2021 als erste PENNY DEL Mannschaft an der Diversity-Schulung von Hockey is Diversity teil.

Today, February 18th 2021, Hockey is Diversity held its second Diversity-Training with the Leadership of the German Hockey League (DEL).
On January 20, 2021, an official partnership was agreed between the PENNY DEL and Hockey is Diversity. The aim of the partnership is to fight racism and make hockey a more inclusive and welcoming place for all. Around 30 participants participated for the online training.
The ERC Ingolstadt team was the first DEL team to take part in the Hockey is Diversity training on February 8th, 2021.
