REPORT an incident

“Creating the opportunity to hear lived experiences is a much needed and fundamental step in doing everything we can to stamp out racism and build a sporting community that truly reflects the diversity of our society.” – Sally Munday

Have you been either the victim of a racist or discriminatory incident based on your race, colour, ethnic origin, gender, disability, religion or sexual identity or a witness to such an incident? If so, we would like to hear from you. Through our reporting system, you have the opportunity to report and document the incident. You can also report an incident that happened up to 5 years ago.

By reporting your lived experience, you are helping us to collect important data on incidents of racism and discrimination in hockey. The analysis of the data will assist us in coming up with concrete recommendations for action that will help make our sport safer, more inclusive and welcoming for everyone.
